The bodywork is almost completely rust and dent free and has a lovely deep shine to the lovely silver paintwork. The panels are very straight and only the very very merest of minor age related marks are present. Nothing at all that detracts from its superb overall presentation.

Inside the car is also excellent and is the lovely combination of oatmeal leather with contasting cream/black trim and dark wood cappings. The Jaguar starts on the button, has ample power from the excellent V8 and is effortless to drive thanks to the smooth changing auto ‘box with added sport function and the legendary XJ suspension which is free from any undue noises and offers an excellent ride. It is a lovely car to drive and an excellent relaxed cruising car.
